If you look at The Great Chesteford Green village proposal for 5000 houses that is very likely to go ahead. The prospects dont look too good. unless your one of the lucky farmers :D .
Must stop feeding the monkeys and give them less Bananas. Although, Their are plenty of monkeys out their that need feeding.

This has been going on for a while. but the local councillors have now agreed that it will more than likely happen. all the bungalow owners on the entrance road whom I know have been approached and agreed to the favourable conditions that would be offered to them. If you look at the scale it is a massive site very similar to the Stansted Mountfichett development. Forget the flying field disappearing the whole of the area will change.
